Limited Warranty

Indo Board products are warranted against material defects and manufacturing defects for the following periods of time after the original purchase date:

• Deck – Lifetime
  
• Plastic Roller – 2 years
  
• Foam Roller – 2 years
  
• IndoFlo Cushion – 2 years
  
• Carpet – 1 year
  

Coverage

This warranty only applies to products purchased from Indo Board directly, an authorized dealer, or an authorized distributor. If the product is purchased used or from an unauthorized reseller, this warranty does not apply. This warranty also does not apply to damage or a defect caused by abusing the product or from normal wear and tear.

Under this Limited Warranty, Indo Board has the sole discretion to determine whether a defective product is repaired or replaced.

⚠️ Important: Never leave your IndoFlo Cushion under your Indo Board deck after use. Doing so may cause the cushion to stick to the deck and adversely affect the deck’s finish. This usage voids the Indo Board deck warranty.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

Except for the above limited express warranty, the manufacturer, distributors, sellers, and resellers hereby disclaim any and all other warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain express or implied warranties to be limited or disclaimed, so the above statement may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

By using your Indo Board, you agree that your full remedy against the manufacturer, sellers, and resellers for any liability, claims, or damages shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid for the product. You hereby irrevocably waive all claims for any other damages, including consequential damages, that you or any other party may have related to the Indo Board, including those based upon warranty, contract, negligence, or any other theory. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain exclusions or limitations on damages, so the above may not apply to you. While this Limited Warranty provides for certain legal rights, you may have other rights depending on your state.
