Which Indo Board model is best for beginners?
We generally recommend the Original Indo Board for starters. It's wide oval shape is the easiest to learn on and control, and it is very versatile, making new maneuvers and tricks easy to learn. It is designed to exercise the core muscles involved in balance dynamics, and will definitely improve your leg strength.
Does the Indo Board come with instructions?
All Indo Board Balance Trainers come with a free Demo DVD, which includes basic learning principles, training tips, advanced tricks, and heaps of great information. Our website also contains a wealth of information on training and tricks which can be performed on the Indoboard.
Do Indo Board products come with a warranty or guaranteed?
All Indo Board products are warrantied against manufacturing defects and flaws, and will be replaced at no charge. Use the 'Contact Us' link on our website describing your issue if you feel there is a problem with your Indo Board product. Please include your contact information.
Can I purchase just the roller?
Yes, rollers and other components can be purchased separately. They are available on our Accessories page under the products category. Be sure to select the correct replacement roller for your Indo Board deck!
What are Indo Board Balance Trainers made of?
Indo Boards are extremely durable and are the result of top quality workmanship and materials. Decks are made of high-grade hardwoods. All rollers are made of extremely durable injection molded plastic. The IndoFLO cushions are mouth inflatable and constructed from polyvinyl compounds.
The grip on my roller or deck is wearing off. Can I order more?
The grip tape on the rollers can be found at most home improvement stores, usually in the bath departments. Ask for a non-skid adhesive used on stairs or bathtubs. Redek is the name of one such product.
How can I get on the list of Indo Yoga Studios?

What is the difference between Indo Board and other balance boards?
The other balance boards utilize a keel-in-groove system, which guides the roller beneath the deck and limits its action. Indo Boards have full range of motion atop the roller, resulting in limitless versatility and no movement restrictions.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Unfortunately at this time we do not ship outside the United States. However, we do have distributors in Australia, Canada, Costa Rica, Europe, and Japan. Please contact us for orders outside the United States.
What are your shipping options?
We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS). We only ship within the continental United States and Alaska. Shipping options: UPS Flat Rate - Ground (usually 3-4 business days), UPS 2nd Day (4 to 5 times more than our flat rate UPS Ground), UPS Next Day (5 to 7 times more than our flat rate UPS Ground)...Please call: 321-777-6021 for more info
Will I receive an order confirmation message?
Yes, once you have clicked to confirm your order, you will be taken to your order confirmation page. A confirmation email will also be sent to your email address specified in your member account profile.
What happened to my order confirmation email?
The are several possible reasons why you did not receive an order confirmation email: 1) you did not confirm your order, 2) you entered an invalid email address, 3) your email server rejected our confirmation email, or 4) your email server encountered an internal error. You can contact the distributor for your region by following the appropriate link in 'Returns & Refund Policy' section of our 'Shipping & Returns' page.
Do your products contain Latex?
There is no Latex used in any of our products.
Can you ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses?
We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards through our website.
What is your privacy policy?
We take your privacy very seriously. Our policy is simple: We will not sell, rent or distribute your name, email address or any other identifiable information to any third party without your consent. At the request of many of our customers, we will soon be offering the option to receive our email newsletter, which will contain valuable product information, exclusive promotions and coupons. To comply with the highest level of respect for our customers' privacy, you will be given the opportunity to easily opt-in or opt-out of this type of communication at any time. We WILL NOT sell, rent or distribute your email address to any third party.
How do you collect and use information about customers?
We are the sole owner of the information collected on our sites. When you create an account with us, we collect your name, address, telephone number, email address, and ask that you tell us where you heard about us. We only collect your credit card information and billing address during the checkout process so that we can process your order and ensure that it is delivered to the correct address. We ask for your email address so that we can send you two emails following a purchase: the first confirms your purchase and provides an order summary with your order number; the second email provides you with the status of your order. We ask for your phone number so that we may contact you if there are any problems with your order or shipping.
How is my credit card protected?
Your credit card information in only collected during the checkout area of our site and is secured using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, ensuring that your credit card number and personal data are never sent over the Internet without encryption. We never store your complete credit card number in our database system.
Is your site secure?
Our servers are hosted within a secure hosting facility, behind an up-to-date firewall and monitored by intrusion detection systems. The checkout and confirmation areas of our site are secured using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, ensuring that your credit card number and personal data are never sent over the Internet without encryption.
What is the maximum weight limit on your decks?
The maximum weight limit varies depending on the model. See the model's product detail page for more information. These are the suggested limits and not guaranteed. Extreme air tricks will significantly lower the maximum weight limit!
What is your Return Policy?
At Indo Board Balance Trainer, we strive for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects or damage as a result of shipping. If you are not completely satisfied with an item it must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product.
Returned items must have a Return Authorization Number (RA number).
Please contact us for prior approval before returning any items. No returns accepted without prior approval. Returned items must be shipped back to Indo Board with freight prepaid. We recommend that you should return your item(s) via a traceable carrier to ensure return delivery. Credit will be given after the product is returned and has passed inspection. Sorry, no refunds, credits, or exchanges after thirty days.
What are your Shipping Options?
Our standard method is flat rate UPS Ground with an average delivery in 3-5 business days from our ship date.

- Ships every Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- Customers recieve notification and tracking number when it is shipped.
We strive to ship your order the same day it was placed. However, due to order volumes and holidays, we ask that you allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Please contact us if you have NOT received your shipping confirmation email (sent to your Customer Account email address). We do not ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless there is absolutely no other option. Therefore, we do not allow "P.O. Box" shipping addresses for on-line orders. If this is your only option, please contact us directly.

Any Restrictions on United States Orders?
We only ship products within the continental United States and Alaska. Due to shipping cost from the mainland, we do not ship to the state of Hawaii. However, we do have a Hawaiian distributor (SurfCO Hawaii) which can take orders for us. We cannot ship orders to APO or FPO military addresses, US territories, or addresses outside of the continental United States from our online store.
Military Orders
Due to varied shipping costs and limitations, we cannot process military APO or FPO addresses from our online store. These orders must be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) and thus require prior approval. However, in most cases, we can process these orders manually by phone from our main office at 321-777-6021.
Canada Orders
Indo Board Balance Trainer does not ship products directly to Canada from our online store. However, you can order products directly from our Canadian distributor's website, http://fitter1.com. If they do not have the product(s) you are looking for, please contact us directly to place your order. Be aware that additional shipping and duty fees may be applied.
International Orders
Indo Board Balance Trainer does not ship products directly to international-overseas locations. However, you can order products directly from our overseas distributor's via the following links.
