RETAILER POLICIES:

INDO BOARD STICTLY PROHIBITS THE SALE OF OUR PRODUCTS ON THIRD-PARTY RESALE WEBSITES SUCH AS AMAZON, EBAY, SEARS OR OTHER THIRD-PARTY SITES.

This Agreement entitles Retailer to sell Indo Board products ONLY at brick and mortar location(s) listed on this application. This application DOES NOT permit Retailer to sell Indo Board products online. If Retailer intends to sell Indo Board products online, Retailer must sign an Online Retailer Agreement. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in immediate termination of this Agreement.

Retailer will adhere to current Indo Board Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP). This policy does not apply to occasional sales or promotions. Indo Board will terminate this Agreement with any Dealer engaged in consistently selling products below MAP.

 

Retailer must do their best to maintain professional looking storefront with regular business hours and a sufficient and knowledgeable staff that provides customer service and communicates accurate and helpful information regarding Indo Board products and their uses.

 

PRICING / PAYMENT TERMS:

Indo Board prices are subject to change without notice.

New accounts are set up on prepay/credit card terms. We accept all major credit cards. WE DO NOT OFFER CREDIT TERMS.

 

SHIPPING / RETURNS:

Shortages and Errors in Shipping: Any shortages, errors, or discrepancies with a shipment must be reported by calling Indo Board Corporate Headquarters at 321-777-6021 within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Backorders: We will notify you as soon as possible if an item is backordered and when that item is projected to be back in stock.

Freight: We ship by best available carrier. Should you receive damaged merchandise, it must be reported immediately to the CARRIER. All damaged merchandise claims are handled by the carrier.

 

To return a product to Indo Board, contact us and explain in detail the reason for the return. If necessary we will issue a Return Authorization number (RA #) for the item(s). This number MUST appear on the outside of the returned box.

 

WARRANTIES:

All used equipment warranties are handled by the manufacturer. Any new product defects are

warranted against manufacture defects or for a period of 30 days.

 

I AUTHORIZE INDO BOARD TO INVESTIGATE THE ABOVE INFORMATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED AS A DEALER FOR INDO BOARD PRODUCTS. I HAVE ALSO READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO COMPY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONDUCTING BUSINESS WITH INDO BOARD.
