Stand up Paddle (SUP)

Instability is inherent in Stand Up Paddleboarding or SUP.  Learning to prepare for this instability is best accomplished on dry land by using a variety of Indo Board products. Simulating both flat water and open ocean conditions with Indo Board is the fastest way to progress your abilities as a SUP athlete or enthusiast. While balance and stability will certainly be improved by training on the Indo Board, other functional SUP exercises on the Indo Board focus on creating a powerful paddle stroke while standing on an unstable surface.  For more on specific SUP training on an Indo Board we recommend the training methods created by Suzie Cooney.
