Use your Own Paddle Board for SUP Yoga with 2x Indo Board Gigante Cushions (No SUP Board included*)
The Indo Board Yoga Package includes 2 Indo Board Gigante' Cushions to place under an SUP board for dry land SUP Yoga. The IndoFLO® "Giganté" Cushion (pronounced with a Spanish accent and the first G is an H) is the newest Indo Board product. This extra large cushion is 24 inches in diameter and inflates up to 12 inches high. Recommended inflation height is 5 to 9 inches depending on your chosen application. Uses include using it under any size surfboard without fins to get a balance workout by simply placing the board on top of the cushion and keeping the board from touching the ground. This is also an excellent Stand Up Paddle trainer for shops to demonstrate the instability encountered on SUP equipment as well as an at home SUP trainer. Nothing simulates the motion encountered while paddling like placing the IndoFLO Balance cushion under either an Indo Board deck or now under an actual SUP board with the Giganté. Surf Schools will also find this to be an excellent on the beach teaching tool, as the Giganté helps with pop-ups and paddling instruction as well as stance and posture training.
The IndoFLO® Giganté was originally conceived as a great traveling accessory for competitive surfers to get an essential warm-up before surfing and a comprehensive balance training session when on the road. The Giganté can be used just like a stability ball for core work such as crunches and pushups. The possibilities are endless for training applications.
